Jordan received scholarships to Adrenaline Dance Conventions and advanced training opportunities at Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, and with the Radio City Rockettes. She also spent three summers guesting with South Carolina Contemporary Company, performing roles in Martha Graham’s Maple Leaf Rag and works by Miriam Barbosa.

Now in her 18th season with South Carolina Ballet as a Soloist, Jordan has performed a wide range of featured roles, including the company’s original Rat Queen in William Starrett’s Nutcracker, Candy Cane, Neapolitan, Purple Maiden in Dracula, Jordan Baker in The Great Gatsby, and Big Swan in Swan Lake.

In addition to her performing career, Jordan has developed a strong commitment to teaching and choreography. She has been a faculty member at Columbia Conservatory of Dance for the past 18 years and also serves as a rehearsal assistant for SCB II, working closely with developing dancers as they transition toward professional careers.
